Stewart Platform / Ride Simulation + Unreal Engine

Description

I worked with my group to create an extension of a previous project where we programmed a flocking system for virtual butterflies and sent data from Unreal Engine to Arduino through Max patch. For this new project, we sent data from Unreal Engine to Max and used the Max nodes to control movements on a Stewart Platform.

My focus was on the visual effects, lighting system, and sequencer, while we also worked together to send data between Unreal Engine and Max and design the Max nodes to communicate with the Stewart Platform. Our goal was to create a more dynamic, contextualized environment by simulating a flood in a tunnel.
